The Development and Psychopathology  Laboratory comprises five Research Groups focused on key developmental issues across infancy, adolescence, adulthood, and old age, assuming an ecological perspective in understanding developmental processes and psychopathology.

Each research group brings its unique contribution to scientific knowledge production, developing innovative and interdisciplinary research lines centered on: i) infants and children, ii) mental health and development, iii) attachment and parenting, iv) positive development and optimal functioning, and v) adult development and aging.

The knowledge generated in this laboratory translates into implications for evidence-based psychological practice, realizing the benefits of applied psychological science throughout life alongside the demands and adversities of contemporary societies.
