Margarida Vilaça is a Clinical Psychologist with a PhD in Clinical Psychology - Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences of the University of Coimbra (FPCE-UC) in association with the Faculty of Psychology of the University of Lisbon (FP-UL). She has participated in several research projects in the areas of family therapy, psychological assessment, family health, and chronic diseases. She collaborated as a Guest Assistant at the FPCE-UC and, more recently, she was a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Psychology Research Center (CIPsi) of the University of Minho. She has supervised several master's theses and has published 30 peer-reviewed articles and book chapters, both national and international. Currently, she is a Junior Researcher at CIPsi, where she is conducting a cohort study on COVID-19.
