Neste relatório, constam a descrição e explicação dos projetos em que estive envolvido e a aprendizagem que deles retive. Além da descrição das atividades, privilegio não só a relação com os conteúdos teóricos adquiridos durante o percurso académico como a reflexão crítica acerca dos desafios enfrentados e contributo da Psicologia para as organizações, em geral, e para a acolhedora de estágio, em particular.
In this report, you will find the description and explanation of the projects I was involved in, as well as the learning I gained from them. In addition to describing the activities, I also hope to reflect the connection with the theoretical content acquired throughout my academic journey, along with a critical reflection on the challenges faced and the contribution of Psychology to organizations in general, and to the internship host organization in particular.
